Mission Statement

Network & Computer Services (NCS) is committed to delivering secure, responsive, high-quality, customer-oriented services and support that foster a productive academic and research environment for the students, faculty and staff at Black Hills State University.

NCS achieves this mission by incorporating innovative technology products from the private sector with the highest-quality products and services developed internally. This cost-effective and balanced partnership helps to ensure that the University continues to enjoy a solid technological infrastructure, reliable critical services and customer-focused support systems to meet needs of today and tomorrow.


About Us

NCS provides computer/network technical support for faculty, staff, and students for all university related business. NCS maintains faculty and staff computers for office use, as well as student use lab computers. NCS does not work on personal computers, and assumes no responsibility for such items.
