Fred Nelson, Director of Network and Computer Services

Responsible for managing and overseeing all day-to-day network, information security, and computer support operations. Responsible for insuring high-quality technical support is provided to the faculty, staff, and students at Black Hills State University.  Supervises a highly motivated and qualified team of network analysts, system administrators, and computer specialist.  Plans strategies and assists the Chief Information Officer in steering the university into the ever-changing world of technology.

Wandering the back trails of the Black Hills and exploring out-of-the-way and forgotten spots.
