Brian Ewald, Sr. System Administrator

Serves as the University Sr. System Administrator and Storage Administrator. Manages the university's SAN storage and virtual server infrastructure. Manages all faculty-staff network systems, including email and user accounts. Develops implementation plans for integration of software and hardware products. Provides technical support in planning, design, installation, maintenance, programming, and testing. Provides direction for departmental personnel on installation procedures for systems software and implementation plans. Serves as liaison to other BOR and state personnel as it relates to server software and hardware implementation and troubleshooting. Provides strategic planning options for administration in the areas of network operations and system hardware and software.
