In 1987 Wharf Resources, Inc. donated the papers
of the Bald Mountain Mining Company to the Case Library.
The collection contains invoices, purchase records,
lists of suppliers, land agreements, deeds, land titles,
location certificates, personnel records, assay reports,
etc. The collection also contains more than 1000 mining
maps.
All employees for the company had to sign a card
stating that they were not members of a labor union,
and they would not join one while employed by the
company. The Wharf Collection includes the cards signed
