The collection contains the Reports, Constitution and By-Laws, and Standing Rules from 1942 - 1964. There are also minutes, reports, programs, conventions, etc. from May 1949 - October 23, 1965. Reports to the Black Hills Federation from Belle Fourche, Buffalo, Custer, Deadwood, Edgemont, Hot Springs, Lead, Martin, New Underwood, Oelrichs, Rapid City, Sturgis, and Vale are included. They contain program booklets, annual reports, etc. dated from 1940 - 1968.
